Great hardware, just go!

The jack is much better designed and functional than the 2000' Jack it replaced. The grease zert is moved to the front where I can actually reach it (I didn't even realize the 2000 lbs jack had one until i removed it). The handle is stronger and turns much easier. If there was a small critique it is that the mounting holes are narrower than the 2000 lbs jack which seems odd. Everything is well machined, heavy duty and solid. I don't expect to have to replace this jack for the life of the trailer. It comes with 3 different size U brackets to mount to a beam in the trailer. Of course I had to drill new holes to mount it since it replaced a 2000 lbs jack.

Super sturdy and easy to install, works for a large range of heights

The Jack works great and was easy to install. However, it came in damaged and clicks as i lower or raise the trailer. I had no choice but to install it so I could pick up my boat due to TS (Hurricane Barry). It is not a big deal so I still give good reviews. The box was not damaged , which tells me that it was packaged that way

I just installed it a week ago on my boat trailer and then got in a accident hauling it. Car hit my trailer broke my hitch and trailer landed on the jack and skidded 40ft. Jack held up perfectly. I was hauling a 25ft boat @ 5000#. Very sturdy, AWESOME

This is the 2nd Hd5000 that I have purchased. This one did not come in the original factory packaging, I did not get all of the U-bolts. The original would have included 3 different sizes. I got the largest size with this unit. I needed the middle size of course. I will buy the correct size and change out in the spring. This unit was discounted 18.00 less than I paid for the first one I purchased in 2013. I bought it to replace a Fulton that came on my trailer. There aren't many 4 bolt Jack's out there, so I thought it would fit. It does NOT.

I believe when in doubt, go overkill. This jack is rated for more than my boat requires. I’ve had it 9 years with no problems.

Easy to install as a replacement for original trailer Jack. Operates smoothly. Time will tell if it’s rust resistant.

Great item yet product was repackaged missing bolts looks to be a customer return or damaged package Re wrapped and shipped with missing parts. Luck had it we had additional parts to use the purchase
