I've reordered this several times. I got it to get off coffee after hearing caffeine is bad and the decaf process is even worse for you--banned in the EU and elsewhere. This product is chicory (an herb) without caffeine. This is a good step in trying to get my health back. The French Roast is most like coffee, but the other flavors are great for my evening commute or nighttime treat.

I ordered the 3-pack with French roast, Mocha, and Maca Chocolate. All three flavors are great, and would recommend to anybody who wants to cut down or eliminate coffee from their diet. I've always liked coffee but it's hard on my stomach, so I just drank black tea as a caffeine replacement in the morning. But lately I have been wanting to reduce my caffeine consumption, which led me to this product. I use my little 3-cup french press with ~2T of the ground and brew for 3-5 min. It comes out rich and full bodied just like coffee. The French Roast reminds me of how a classic cup of coffee tastes, nice and balanced, rich and satisfying. The Mocha is also really good, it's got a definite chocolate note within the coffee flavor. The Maca Chocolate is great too. It does have a chocolate note, but unlike Mocha... more of a dark chocolate note. Plus Maca Chocolate features a darker roast than Mocha. All three flavors are delicious, I couldn't choose a favorite. I love this stuff, it's my new morning drink.

I'm a die hard coffee drinker, every day for the past 38 years. I have always limited my coffee to one travel size mug daily. I have occasional acid reflux issues and probably should migrate to herbal coffee a few days a week to reduce the acid effect of coffee on my esophagus & tummy. Skeptical, and having never tried chicory coffee, I opted to give this sampler set a try. WOW! I tried the Mocha first. It literally tasted just like my regular coffee, I was pleasantly surprised. No acid, no caffein, no guilt and no acid reflux, yay! I've tried all 3 flavors and they're all great, but the Mocha is my favorite and goes great with my Calafia Toasted Coconut & Almond milk, which I use as creamer and a touch of honey for sweetness (& ghee if you want to make it bulletproof). This coffee alternative trio is fantastic, but remember to wean yourself off of regular coffee slowly to avoid the dreaded caffein withdrawal headache, which is miserable.

I've been a coffee drinker for fifty years. When at Starbucks in the past I've always ordered a bold with a bit of room for cream. I have had a Nespresso machine for years, and typically liked Roma. That's just to give you an idea of my palate. Unfortunately I can no longer drink coffee and so have searched for an alternative. This is it. Doesn't taste exactly like a good cup of coffee, but close, and flavorful in its own right. I like the french roast the best, but the mocha and maca chocolate are also very good. One of the many good things is that one can drink it all day without problems due to caffeine or acid. In short, this is a very, very good substitute for those of us who can no longer have that morning cup to get us going.

I know longer can have caffeine, but I like my coffee. This has been a great way to still have my coffee, and I enjoy the flavors. I wish they weren’t so expensive. It may not be expensive to some, but I’m a retired teacher on a budget. Those who cannot have caffeine, I recommend Teeccine herbal coffee.

These are so good. The mocha was gone first. These have a great earthy flavor. I love to use these a lot of different ways after making in the french press. You can do pretty much any coffee recipe with these. I like mixing with protein powder after a workout. Or some collagen powder first thing in the morning. Great cold or hot. Great with a little stevia. Highly recommend. I don't drink coffee, but my sister is a big coffee drinker and she tried these and thought they were delicious and then went and bought some since she is trying to cut back on coffee.

I was given a 1/2 a bag of Teecchino a year and a half ago when a friend discovered that I had sworn off of caffeine. It is easy to brew in my French press. It has been hard to find in stores, but easy to buy 3 bags at a time on Prime. I have enjoyed each flavor and take it with me when I go anywhere overnight. Yummy, rich and satisfying.

Howdy. I have autoimmune and just recently had to let go of coffee. I was an ardent coffee drinker, it was my ritual to read and drink coffee in the mornings along with some gluten-free bread that I make at home, it kicked off my day in a productive way. I was holding on to coffee so dearly but my inflammation and discomfort got such that I had to let go of it to see if it had some sort of impact on my system. Enter "Tecchino" and all of the rave, amazing, infallible reviews "Just like coffee" "Better than coffee" "Can't tell the difference" Well, I guess these people don't have palates, were drinking Folger's instant coffee or like much of social media nowadays, they are paid-fake reviews . .. Because I am telling you right now, with a cup right next to me, made in a French press to extract every little bit of flavor, that Tecchino falls flat, there is almost no flavor to it, the aroma is pleasant, the color is dark, but there is no richness, bitter notes, sweet notes, if at all its a bit sour. I can make tea at home that has more flavor than this, so if you are looking for an alternative for coffee, take in this review to heart from a real coffee drinker . . . I'm going to finish the 3 bag sampler that I purchased, but am I buying it again? No, its a watery waste of money, but I am going to keep looking for alternatives. Sometimes I think why even bother buying anything at Amazon anymore, its all just "fake" products with "fake" reviews. Wishing you all the health in the world.
