Purchased especially for succulent soil mix, what i didn’t know is that the perlite mixed in soil has a tendency to move up to the surface when watered bcoz of its lightweight nature and after a couple of waterings almost 50% of the perlite ended up on the surface of the pot and the whole point of adding the perlite to the soil mix was lost. Dust content was okayish, the first bag had very good perlite pearls but the second bag i ordered had a lot of broken bits and dust inside it. The price can be a bit lesser for the quality i feel and from my personal observation, youd be better off using pumice stones than perlite in your soil mix for succulents/ aroids or houseplants
