I was experiencing heel pain from plantar fasciitis. Almost as soon as I put these in my shoes, I noticed relief. They'd be too thick for dress shoes but are perfect in my sneakers. The adhesive is strong even after I had to remove and reposition the pads.

Total waste! 1st pair arrived obviously damaged and defective. Closer examination of 2nd pair revealed these are useless! The blue area in the center of the heel is the exact same material as the rest of the insert. It’s not a softer or different type of gel than the clear gel area. Poor quality and poor design.

Doers exactly what I wanted. Made a slightly loose fitting heel in my boot feel much more snug and added comfort to the step as well. Never had it shift once placed

I would have given the product a "5" except they smelled like they came from a musty, moldy basement. I aired them out and sprayed with fungus spray; however, they still smell even after 2 months.

These gel heel cups were perfect! I'd been wearing the inserts my podiatrist gave me, but there was still pain in my heel from plantar fasciitis. I added these cups and they relieved almost all of the pain. Would buy again.

Broke both heals )different names for both fractures).. Product helped my pain a great deal!! Ordered again!

I wanted something to give my very flat shoes a bit of a lift in the heel area. Unfortunately these won't stay in place and keep moving. I end up taking them out of the shoes
