The product is as the picture and the sizing was right for me. Came in the post without damage to the hat shape.

Poor customer service
The item quality was not great, particularly for the price. I sent it straight back for a refund. The item was received back to the supplier 10 days ago, but still no refund issued……. 🤨 (I know I will get it back when Amazon steps in at 14 days, but it’s poor that they have to!)
