I made Osso Bucco & it was simple delicious. I also made a chicken dish with tbe mushrooms & again it was delicious, it was a dish with wine & the mushrooms ; I didn't have a recipe I just cut the chicken breast thin pounded it , fried it ,added themushrooms with the water I reconstituted them with & it was great.

Many of the pieces were crumbled and had worm holes. Didn't look as nice as the picture.

Arrived in excellent shape. Add wonderful flavor to Italian and other dishes. Elevated every dish in which I used them.

Mushrooms of good quality, without crumbs and with good flavor. The only downside is that it doesn't say where they are grown, but they appear to be local. Otherwise, this is a great product.

These mushrooms are wonderful, just what I needed for some of my favorite dishes. Tasty and succulent.
