I redid some plumbing in my house a few years ago and these fittings have had no issues. I think I bought these because the local store was only selling plastic fittings.

These are same as Sharkbite fittings but only much much cheaper. Worth buying as they are great quality fittings.

Love everything about these fittings.... price, quality, ease of use. I have bought more of these and also other configurations to do a complete plumbing remodel of a 100 year old home. I have not had a single leak with any of the fittings.
