I wasn’t expecting it to be so well made as well as very sturdy. Had a shipping issue and they resolved it and responded very quickly. Also left me a message saying it got lost and how would I like it to be resolved. This whole transaction was perfect as I needed these for a party event and without them things would have been a nightmare.The product exceeded my expectations.

The media could not be loaded. It does what it had to do hold the lights it is worth it for the money it comes with 2 stands as soon as I got it I put it together it didn’t have instructions but I was able to figure it out on my own overall recommend it

I ordered these as a replacement for 'Brand X' (well-known affordable stage lighting stand). I was expecting similar to the Brand-X model, but was pleasantly surprised by receiving a stand that not only smoothly operated, but that which far-exceeded my expectations in terms of sturdiness on multiple surfaces (concrete, wood stages, carpeted stages, etc.) without movement.

I do not use the lighting every day so my needs may be different then the "lighting roadie". I need the safety of a system that would not breakdown of fall over. I was skeptical that this product would be durable at such a low price. I was wrong. It is very well made and holds 10 LED lights with no sway or buckling. The feet have a broad footprint which makes the pole and arms very secure. Bolts and wing nuts are included. There are no instructions. You won't need them if you look at the picture. Just remember, the shorter diagonal support goes on the upper arm. If you do this, it will save you some time. It should take about 15 minutes to take out of the well-structure shipping box. I bought a travel bag designed for the truss frame. It is long enough to pack the contents. I leave the lights on the bar.Well made product and worth the low price.

I really wanted to give five stars but I just can't on these, see "Cons" below.This is a great tripod for height alone, keeps my insanely bright par LEDs out of the musician's eyes when on stage. Well built and manufactured. Very stable when deployed with sandbags.I love the height I get from these stands and the side extension bras, It fits so many lgihts!Pros: Stable, well built, tall.Cons: The top tube does not slide into the lower tube like the Chauvet stands do, not a deal breaker but it makes the lights almost 7 feet tall at their lowest with the extension on. Made addressing on the fly a real pain in the ass, buy a step ladder I guess. Metal hardware into plastic housings.Overall I really like these and they serve my needs well. The extension thing probably means they'll be speaker stands when I eventually get annoyed with it and stop using the top extension.Can definitely recommend.

Of course these are not the most expensive lighting stands out there, but they cost enough that you would expect them to work well. That said, these stands leave a lot of room for improvement. The clasps and joints can easily be broken from over-tightening. To the sellers credit they did replace the broken parts promptly. I'd recommend that you buy them if you're on a limited budget, but if money is not an issue, consider something else.
