I'm a fan. The texture is on point (i only boiled it for 3-4 min since I still had to cook it in sauce). It is not shaped like your common lo-mein noodles like you get from you local Chinese food take out. I care more about the taste than shape, and it captured the taste I like. (side note: add a very little of sesame oil to keep it from sticking together, use a little, unless you like your food oily)When I'm too lazy to make the sauce, i just order a side of brown sauce from my local chinese food take out, and its cheap.I wish i could find this locally to save a few bucks. Im still testing other brands, so i will update accordingly :)

I have been using this brand for years hut the stores were often out of stock.I was delighted when I found these in Amazon.
