Stainless Steel Dim Sum Steamer Lid Sunrise Kitchen Supply (5 3/8" Lid)

Great size for a 6 quart instant pot. I tried a silicone version which was terrible because it flexed. Bamboo ones warp or fall apart over time. These are perfect. Made dim sum soup dumplings and it worked great in our instant pot.

For anyone without a steam tray/ basket for their rice cooker , this 5.5 one fits. At least my Dash mini rice cooker. I definitely recommend getting the paper to line the bottom if the dim sum doesn’t have any stuck to it.

This little lid fit perfectly on my one egg fry pan. It’s appears to be well made and it has held up well after one month of use. It still looks brand new. I suggest you measure the diameter of the pot or pan on which you plan to use it to be sure it will fit.

It's not quite as tall as I expected, but it still fits my dumplings from May Wah, so I'm happy with my purchase! Definitely get the lid as well, it helps with the steaming process.

These helped me to make outstanding pork buns. They will likely outlive me, too, and are basically maintenance free. The domed lid is a must-have to go with the steamer trays to keep dumpling buns dry. Great product.

I purchased 2 of these to use with a steamer ring which worked perfectly with my existing pot and lid. The stainless steel is a nice quality. I do hand wash and dry them immediately.

Excellent lid, fits well and cleans up great. A good purchase.
