This valance was badly made, torn and stained when I received it and the seller was so concerned that he telephoned me to apologise. He offered me a replacement and a refund of postage which I accepted. Unfortunately the replacement, although not quite as bad, was far from perfect, though I could not be bothered to return it. When I advised him of this, he promised to examine all the stock and complain to his suppliers. I received a cheque from him for my postal charges.I cannot fault the customer service therefore I am inclined to believe that this was a faulty batch of valances and I have full confidence that the seller has done what he promised. I would have no hesitation in buying from him again because his after sales service is second to none.

This valence is so easy to fit and looks really nice. Nice quality and looks like a full valence as I put the Velcro back from the edge of the bed base. As long as you have a bed frame where you can stick the Velcro onto them it will fit.make sure you space the Velcro evenly around the bed and it will be fine.I would recommend it

Nice quality. Rather difficult to put on initially, but it does mean the drop can be adjusted. Needs more Velcro than provided to keep it firm.

Very pretty Broiderie Anglese frill that fits around the bed and is secured with velcro to the base. It can even be just pushed into place and the mattress holds it in position. Very convenient for a person living alone, as it can be taken off the bed easily, without the help of another person, so easily laundered. It is also good in the tumble dryer, as it needs no ironing when it is dry. A really good product. I love it.

It’s ok but when it arrived it had a stain on it which I tried to get out but couldn’t. Needed the valance so just kept it. Not great quality but it will do. Sadly wouldn’t buy again.
