I purchased this tub to proof sourdough bread dough. The tub is perfectly sized for 1 loaf of bread. The lid prevents the dough from drying out and yet seems to let it breathe as it expands. So glad I purchased it!

The price on this item was adequate. I use this item for my sourdough during its rising time. It’s great because I can see the rise and determined when my dough has doubled in size. It’s made of hard plastic and I noticed it scratches easily. The lid does not fit tightly but it’s ok for what I use it for.

I bought the container to make up to 500 grm sourdough bread. Size it perfect for my one loaf. Easy to clean.

I received this yesterday and I am disappointed. It’s opaque and not like the picture.If you have a Sam’s membership go there and purchase this. You get 2 3 qt. Containers with lids for $10.00 and they are Cambro. If I had known I wouldn’t have wasted my money on thus one. You live and learn.
