Q: How will it be attached to my bench?

I attached mine to a piece of 2X4 and then clamped the 2X4 to the bench so that I could move it out of the way when it wasn't in use.

After looking this up I would say that th3e 4300 should work with the 231 router table

Q: will it work with the WEN 2305 ?

Yes it works perfectly with my wen 2305, and doesn't need any modification
