Do these wraps have Velcro?

No, and that’s by design. They use a 36" wrap with a string closure: wrap, tuck the string under itself, and twist to lock. You can tighten for heavy lifts and loosen between sets without unwrapping.

How do I put them on?

Place the straight end against your wrist, logo out. Wrap around, tuck the loose end under the wrap, then twist to set the tightness. If the twist pulls on your skin, wrap a little snugger and higher first.

Will they fit my wrists?

Yes. They’re one size fits all for men and women. The 36" length lets you wrap as many times as you need, so you get a secure fit on both small and large wrists.

Can I use them for calisthenics?

Yes. The low-profile design stays comfortable through long sessions, and you can adjust the support for handstands, muscle-ups, or toes-to-bar without losing range of motion.

Are they machine washable?

Yes. Many lifters wash them every few months to clear out sweat and chalk. For best results, wash cold and air dry to protect the stitching and the logo.
