Instantly gotten support that was able to help active it and got it up and working in just a few mins, got my wifi speeds back to being fast and was able to play my games and watch my should with no lag or freezes honestly recommend to anyone having problems with there wifi and thats Lynn for the support

Worked right out of the box without need tech support! Very impressive, works just about as fast as the old ethernet cable. My dog has serious separation anxiety, and she chewed through the cable one day. I took the time to re-twist the wires back together and it worked about 97% of the time. The mended ethernet cord quit responding today so I decided to order the nineplus 1300 Mbps with the four hour delivery, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I’m using an old computer. I got for free on craigslist and Windows 10.

What impressed me most is that these devices work with all versions of Windows. And they purported to work better with a USB 3.0. Which I do have. Amazon had my order on my porch in 24 hours. I was surprised how small they are, each package is about the size of a pack of playing cards. I simply had to tighten the thumb-wheels after adjusting the Dual Antennae to my liking. Then I found the "Blue USB 3.0" on the IO panel. The device will feel a bit floppy in USB hole, but mine is on the back and so the small Wifi device is protected by furniture. I went to services to make sure WLAN was enabled. Mine is set to manual and stopped, so I pressed the start button. Note, when I finished the WLAN service it changed "Start Automatically". Since I have the drivers, I disabled my "wired connection" in the Control Panel. I put the cute little tiny disc in the burner tray. When I opened the Device Manager, I saw "other 802 device". I right clicked, selected update driver and led the driver wizard to my Blu-Ray drive. I selected the folder for my Windows Version, then Ok. I enter my WiFi password and "I Was Done"! My computer is mainly for surfing and sometimes streaming, since I have 2 steaming devices. I did not expect my pages loads to be faster (than the Cat6 cable), but they are. I heartily recommend. But, since some folks complained they are flimsy, I got a 2nd device, that came with a small price discount. So, I feel ready for anything.

Had some issues at first with it repeatedly disconnecting from my pc. After I emailed support, Lynn immediately got back to me and sent me a new model that works great! Great product and great customer service.

Switched internet companies and Wi-Fi became intermittent at best, only on my desktop. I tried resetting, reconfiguring and installing different network adapters but nothing was keeping it connected more than 20 minutes at a time. After researching and reading reviews on Amazon, I decided to purchase this wireless adapter from Nineplus. I didn't think I connected it correctly and I reached out to customer support. Before Lynn got back to me, I rebooted my computer and bada bing bada boom it connected and began working properly. I auto played 4 movies back to back on YouTube to verify and the connection didn't fail once. I explained this to Lynn at customer support and she was glad to hear that everything was working properly and advised me to reach out anytime with any further issues.

I had an issue and needed help from the Nineplus support team. I spoke with Lynn and she was very helpful and had patience with me in trying to figure out how to troubleshoot the issue. Highly recommend simply for the customer service of this company.

Amazone's AI could be better on getting facts straight. Lynn @ product support was actually concerned that it was not easy pleasy @ first . If it lasts as good as it looks should be safe buy. A OK!

I used. It is working very good. Thanks
