Finally, some REAL relief for my plantar fasciitis!
First of all, let me say that this product IS REALLY WORKING FOR ME....Read on if you want more info as to how...For years I have suffered from chronic bouts of plantar fasciitis. My most recent bout was the worst one ever. It lasted several months. I had obtained relief several years ago by purchasing medical orthotics that cost me $400. After 8 years, they finally wore out and failed to support my fallen arches. Also, I further aggravated the problem by buying cheap, soft-soled sneakers. Bad idea. This always counterintuitively ends up hurting my flat feet.Anyway, while sprinting with my soft-soled sneakers I must have really over extended my fascia downward. My left heel hurt more and more every day afterward. Killed me every morning stepping out of bed. I tried everything I usually do, including rolling my foot with a frozen bottle of ice water, doing foot stretches, and buying inexpensive full- and three-quarter arches off the rack. Nothing worked. I even bought custom shoes that were supposed to help. Still no relief. I inadvertently started walking on my toes thereby more causing more referral pain around the heel. I was miserable.Being on a tight budget, I searched for inexpensive options and came across these Bitly compression socks. The price was right and the reviews were good so I tried them instead of getting a cumbersome night boot.Out of the box they didn't seem like much, but I slipped them on and took a chance wearing them throughout the day and overnight. I didn't notice much difference the first day but I stayed with it. The second day seemed a little better. I tried to speed the process by wearing both socks on one foot but that turned out to be a bit too tight. Finally, I decided to take a day off my feet to rest along with continuing to wear the socks almost 24/7. The next morning I was insanely happy when I gingerly placed my heel on the floor getting out of bed and was PAIN FREE for the first morning in months! The combination of wearing the compression socks for several days along with getting some rest for my feet (I usually do some low impact cardio everyday) finally, finally helped.I'm still wearing the socks and I'm still pain free. They are thin and fit snugly but comfortably. They not cumbersome and are surprisingly effective! All I can say is, as a chronic plantar fasciitis sufferer, I'm happy to have purchased them and highly recommend them! These socks, combined with some rest, really worked for me.P. S. I wear them under my regular socks, but if you want them to fit more snugly you can wear them over your socks. They are washable and dry fast. And, maybe it's just me, but try to wear them with the front label facing outward instead of inward because they seem to provide more relief that way. THANK U BITLY!!!

Remarkable product! Amazing what the right compression can do!
I bought these a full year ago. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis pain in my right foot that affected a lot of my everyday activities.I even had to be super careful when transitioning indoors or out to make sure that I put the ball of my foot down first because if I put my heel down first and wasn't careful, that all too familiar shooting pain would go up my heel. It was excruciating. We take so much for granted as far as how our bodies function and having to stop before taking a step was not something I welcomed but after one too many of those knife-like pains, I realized I had to be careful about the steps I was taking and whether I was stepping on level ground or not. It was a pain! On top of the real pain I felt.I bought these after reading the good reviews in hopes of getting some relief. I bought a size Medium. I am female and wear a size 9 Wide, women's size. The medium was just perfect. It offered enough compression without any sort of limited blood flow, or cutting into my skin. I have to tell you - these things work! They are AMAZING.I had been suffering from my pain for over a year. I figured I was just stuck with it. I did special stretches, etc. and nothing alleviated the pain. After wearing these socks for a week the pain was mostly gone. Completely. I couldn't believe it. My left foot was OK so I wasn't adamant about wearing the sock on that foot. Sometimes I did just because I felt if I was falling apart maybe I could spare the left foot from going through this. Time is nasty on our bodies! After a week I eased back on how often I wore it. I mostly wore it during the day but not at night. Plantar fasciitis pain can be worse upon waking so that first week it was great to wear them all the time. After a couple more weeks I did not wear it every day. I probably wore it about 2-3 times/week for the next month. All together I may have worn them a total of 2 months. Since the pain was for the most part non-existent by then, I really didn't wear them at all at that point. And the plantar fasciitis has not returned. It's been 10 months! I'm still in awe.Fast forward to this past weekend. I did a lot of walking and physical activity due to a project I have going on. Once again, my poor right foot started hurting in a really painful way. Even when I wasn't stepping on it, it throbbed from the pain. But it wasn't that up-the-heel type plantar fasciitis pain. Instead it was on the sole of my foot and on the outside of the foot. I spent all weekend running around getting things done and by Monday morning, after a good night's rest, it was still there. Then I remembered my trusty socks. I put one on the foot that was hurt and went about my daily activities (my regular, lighter activities). I figured a little compression and support on that poor foot may actually help. It did! By Monday night the pain had subsided about 80%. I was amazed once again. Today is Tuesday, the following day, and I woke up even better (did not wear the sock to bed). I put it on again today to wear during my daily activities and it's almost end of workday and my pain is reduced by about 95%.I can't say enough good things about these amazing socks. It's fantastic to be able to find non-drug relief for things. Besides how well they work, they are durable, wash well and I find them really affordable for the relief they provide. I will keep these things around forever!

So far, they mostly work.
I bought Bitly Plantar fascittis socks last week and have worn them steadily ever since. I bought the medium sized and they fit my size 10 feet perfectly. They feel good and I hardly notice they are there. I did have to loosen up my running shoes, but that is no big deal. I like that I can wear these with my flip flops or Chacos, even if I do feel like I am making some kind of huge fashion faux pas, because taking care of my feet always comes first. I wear them at night and don't even notice them. The only things preventing me from giving these a perfect five is that I do still continue to wake up with morning foot pain, although it is less than before. Two weeks ago, my feet hurt for a good solid ten minutes in the morning and now it is cut down by at least half and maybe more than that. Time will tell if this product helps the morning foot pain go away completely. I have a night splint that is more effective in that it makes the pain go away, but these are so much more comfortable.I also continue to have heel pain during running, the main reason why I got these. I bought a new pair of shoes from a local running store and they were the most recommended pair of shoes in the store for my foot problems. It may well be my running stride and maybe nothing will help while I am running. I did not notice that I can run farther with less pain, but I did notice that the pain subsides faster than before when I walk it off.Altogether, in the one week that I have had these socks, I notice that my recovery time has increased and my pain has decreased. My shoes all feel a bit more comfortable and I honestly don't even notice these when they are on. The price was right and I will continue to wear them. If I notice any further improvement, I will update.
