How big are these containers?

The container is just about the size of a 24-ounce container of cottage cheese. Easily fits in closets or on shelves. (The vanilla lavender smells wonderful!)

Is it safe to be placed inside the Refrigerator where there are only adults in the house?

It will not hurt anything by using DampRid Fragrance Free scent in the refrigerator; however, because the humidity level is so low the product will not have any moisture to absorb.

Where do you buy the refill?

You can get bags of bulk refill crystals on Amazon. I found it to be more economical to just order new ones. To be environmentally responsible,pour out the liquid, throw the crystals in the trash, and recycle the plastic.
