Old publication lacking actionable directions
This is an old publication and the world stops at 2007. It is a good read on the basics of REIT, it’s history and understanding various aspects that will impact REIT but lacks any actionable directions. Nothing on tax guidance as well

Great insight into his type of investment vehicle. Concise and well written, I recommend this book if one is investigating the workings of this type of investment.
