Delicious!
We have food allergies in our house, so regular marshmallows aren't an option. I found these, and they don't seem to have any ingredients we can't have. We seriously miss marshmallows, so I decided to try them, and I'm so glad I did. They are delicious!I haven't tried roasting them yet, but they are great for eating and for hot chocolate. Compared to the major brands in the grocery stores, they are not pillowy soft, but they are still soft enough to really be enjoyable to eat.

Taste great, don't melt as well as a regular marshmallow
These tasted better than I thought they would and I liked the softer texture vs a gelatin marshmallow. I would buy again. They don't melt as well as a gelatin mallow though.
