WOW! Is the word!
The media could not be loaded. I had looked at these lights as a possibility for our back yard illumination. I received a Amazon lightning deal alert and decided to buy them. They were easy to assemble by turning two thumb screws, one to extend the solar panel, and the second to adjust the light height. They have a sturdy feel and when we went outside to look at them after dark we were amazed at the amount of light even on the low setting. They last all night long and we left them on the low setting. Highly recommend them! I have purchased six sets of these lights for a total of 24 lights. I have had them under constant use at two locations. At our cabin in Idyllwild, California at 6,200 ft elevation, and subject to lingering winter snow, we have 6 deployed. At our home in Banning, California at 2,500 ft elevation, we have 18 deployed. They were first unboxed and installed in June 2000. They have worked consistently. In that time only one has failed and Nekteck replaced it! They have been subject to rain, sprinkler system overspray, and 2-4 feet of snow for days at a time. I would say they are a great value and we are very happy with them!

Like the warm white - all worked out of the box
I spent hours searching for reliable, warm white color solar land scape lighting and so far are satisfied with these units. They appear to be well made and put out a decent amount of light although not as bright as wired landscape lighting. The light color is warm white albeit a little yellowish to a trained eye but not noticeable when pointed at shrubs or trees. Like any solar option and depending on your yard setup, you may have limitations where you can place these as shade won't charge the battery via attached mini solar panel. My units receive 1/2 day full sun and last at least 3-4 hours (haven't been able to stay awake to check). Do know the stakes are plastic and will stay in the ground if you move them around. I was thinking of gluing them to the unit to avoid losing the stakes if I ever do need to move to another location in the yard. Overall, satisfied and will post an update as have only had for 1 week.

Great lighting bang for the buck.
I really, really like these solar lights with the long lasting lithium batteries..The price is comparable or less than competitors, and the quality is solid. The button gives you off, low, and high light output. When it is off, it is just the lights that are off-the solar panel still gathers energy and stores it.I live in Florida, so I charged them up for two days (button switch in the off) original position. Florida's sun is FIERCE, especially on days with no clouds or rain! I then tested them by running them in my dark closet to see run times. On low, they ran at least 12 hours, and ran at least 9 hours on high setting.I say "at least" because I don't believe in running batteries down all the way. When they run down, the intensity is, of course lessened, but still acceptable, and the light becomes more yellowish. When they are outside, the morning light turns off the lights, so my closet test is representative of outdoor lighting times. How does running them in a dark closet compare to outdoor use, as they are intended? Well, the lights last pretty much through the night, depending on when they turn on. If you leave them alone on low, AND have enough sunlight hours for the solar panel, they'll do the job. If you have Florida or Arizona type sunlight year round, you can leave them on the high setting. Time will tell how long the batteries last. If I get a couple years out of them, I'll be overjoyed. We have wicked afternoon thunderstorms on some afternoons, so that'll be the next test for these, to see how water resistant they are.The light level is far brighter than many of the 12 Volt systems my neighbors have, and are far brighter, and last longer than other, older solar lights that other neighbors have..I just have to walk around the neighborhood to see and compare!

Awesome landscaping lights
I purchased these lights in October of 2023 and would have been happy if they lasted a year, they are still going strong approaching year 2. I get up for work super early and before dawn they are still brightly lit. I highly recommend these lights!

Great bright, wide, long lasting light
As an owner of four Nekteck 4 LED 200 lumen solar spotlights I was asked to review their new 10 LED spotlight with 260 lumens.I tried to take a couple of comparison pictures of their brightness – posted with my comments here – but I don’t know if that side-by-side really tells the story. By the way, the 4 LED is on the left. For lack of better terms, I will call the 4 LED light the old and the 10 LED light the new.The old light is plenty bright for the spot applications I’m using them for, and I’m very happy with the brightness, the width of the beam and the longevity of the light at night after being in the sun. The light beam is round like a flashlight might be and projects out a good solid 18-20 feet. Typically, the light lasts until about 2:00 in the morning (don’t ask). The new light is slightly brighter (as one would think with the extra lumens), and a lot wider of a beam to almost a rectangle. The spot distance is not perhaps as long as old, at about 15-18 feet. I am blown away by the duration of the spot – one lasted until 4:30 in the morning (again, don’t ask) and the other lasted literally until the rising sun got bright and the sensor got light on it. I’m just utterly amazed. And it isn’t a fluke, those results are consistent over the day cycles since I received the new spots. Also, the stand-up stake configuration is taller for the new light, which for one of my applications will be great to get the solar panel substantially up above foliage to improve charging. There is good adjustability on both, however, the new light seems to have a more steady and tighter positional control.I think both lights are great and should both (4 LED and 10 LED) Nekteck units be available to purchase the buying decision would come down to your need for narrow-round beam or a wider rectangular beam. And perhaps the duration of light projection as an influencer. I recommend both as being worthy of your money.
