This mushroom Powder beats bouillon any day of the week. It is flavorful and leaves no aftertaste, unlike bullion.

Wish it had less sodium content but same great taste

I was unable to find Mushroom Bouillon at local grocery stores so googled around to see what was available online. I was happy to find this Harvest 2000 brand.It is powder (not cubes) so simplifies measuring and dissolves readily in hot water.It's economical: each canister makes 65 cups of broth.They shipped it the same day my order was complete.The best part is: IT'S DELICIOUS!

I used to purchase this in an Asian grocery store. It came pretty full and for less money. Now it costs more and has less product inside. It's great as a seasoning, but I dislike what's going on with cutting corners like this. I have not bothered to weigh it to see if it's the amount on the package.

I was skeptical because this is not the brand I normally buy but since they were out i gave this a try and so glad i did because its delicious!!! Will definitely buy again
