The paleo granola is great if you're cutting down on carbs and sugar. And even if you're not. It's high-quality and hearty. It has a perfect crunch, taste, and texture. It's the best paleo granola I've had. If you like regular granola also, like I do, this brand has some other amazing flavors.

I ordered this sure in my mind that I would regret it. I'm a fan of grain-based granolas, but KETO doesn't allow that at all. I only ordered the product because I missed granola so much I was on the verge of breaking my program. Not every ingredient in it is on my love to eat list either, so I had no real hope I would like it. WRONG! It's delicious. It's sweet. The monk fruit did its job on that point. There's NO sweetener aftertaste I could discern. I'm thrilled about that. I hate stuff that lingers with a chemical flavor. Best of all, if I hadn't read the package I would swear there are some kind of grain nuggets in the mixture somewhere. It's crunchy. This mix tastes exactly like the granolas I grew to love at vacation B&B's. One ounce makes a nice way to break my fast with coconut milk, a few berries, and a spoon of MCT oil. Add a cup of coffee or green tea and I'm a happy, happy camper who is firmly in ketosis.

My nutritionist recommend these granolas as they are low in sugar and in carbohydrates. They are super crunchy and delicious! The delivery was late and I reached out to their customer service manager. They were so helpful and kind. All in all a great experience. I’ll definitely buy the granolas again and again!

Love this yummy, grain free, gluten free granola. Paleo Sunrise Series is our favorite. Product arrived wonderfully packed and protected, ready to eat.

Yummy!!! I could eat all 3 bags quickly so I have to pace myself. It says a serving size is 1/4 cup and I make a point of measuring it out so don’t go overboard. It’s very satisfying and when I use it as cereal with coconut milk, half a banana and a few blueberries, I can get through a long morning without getting hungry. It makes a great snack too just out of the bag by itself. I feel full and happy that I’m getting good nutrition from nuts and seeds without artificial flavorings.

This is absolutely the best, by far, ever granola that I have had. It's a little expensive for me, but it is worth it. It is so light and crispy and has the best flavors. It taste like it was just made, so fresh. I will definitely be buying more, I like eating it on low carb yogurt..yum yum!

Really good tasting with low sugar

All I can say here is that this cereal didn't work for me, and I think it's because of the sweetener. I'm not keto, so in my search for cereals I thought this sounded good. It's mostly nuts (again, good) but the sweetener did it in for me. If you can get your taste buds around stevia and the like, then check this out. I couldn't. 3/5* (good idea that didn't work for me)
