Used it once so far, and our ribs were delicious!

Fit my 18” egg smoker with three racks. With two shorter racks, I could have gone with one that fit four racks, but I don’t need that volume.Easy to lift with the outboard handles.Only improvement I’d suggest is increasing the gap from 1.8” to 2”. I did baby backs and thicker racks got wedged in. I could still get them out with tongs, but the extra space would have helped.Cleaned up very quickly

This rib rack works perfectly with my 22" Weber kettle.It's designed to fit 3 whole racks but you can actually fit 4 racks if you cut one in half because the handle area will support a half rack. I was able to comfortably fit three full length racks of St. Louis style rib in this rack. Since this rack is longer than most of the others you don't have to worry about the ribs folding down on top of each other on the sides. This keeps the ribs standing up and not touching. It fits perfectly on a 22.5" Weber kettle and cleans up easily. I put my rack in the dishwasher after wiping all the excess crusted sauce off by hand. When it came out of the dishwasher washer it was spotless. Like brand new. I would recommend this rib rack to anyone, especially for the price!

Love this stand!! I have always preferred cooking ribs in the oven as opposed to the grill but to cook them correctly in the oven the ribs need to stand up. I've tried other types of stands before but they were either too short or there was too little space between the racks. This stand fit my largest roasting pan perfectly (measure your pan before ordering). I used it for the first time on Easter and was able to get 10 pounds St. Louis style ribs (3 in pkg from Costco) on the stand with little cutting and enough room between each rib rack. As for cleaning, I sprayed with cooking oil at the beginning. After the ribs finished I soaked for about an hour and threw in the dishwasher. It came out like new with no scrubbing!! Definitely would buy again.

I’m quite impressed with this rack. I was a bit worried after reading the reviews on how each section is narrow and the meat sticks to the metal. Prior to using, I stretched each section slightly in order to avoid cramping. The stainless steel is heavy duty so it took some slight hand power to stretch each section. This did the trick and gave me more than enough room for the ribs. This definitely accommodates Costco or Sam’s Club 3-pack pork ribs!I smoked some St. Louis style ribs from Costco the first time. This rack held them perfectly with plenty of space in between. I sprayed the rack as recommended with some canola spray which prevented the ribs from sticking to the steel.I tried 3 whole Smithfield spare ribs from Walmart the 2nd time and found it to be too tight. The spare ribs were just too big for rack. I didn’t have enough space between the racks for the smoke to penetrate so it took a lot more work than anticipated. If you’re planning on using this rack for spare ribs, consider only cooking a couple since they’re so huge.Overall, I’m highly satisfied with the rib rack and would highly recommend to everyone!

Worked ok but a pain to clean

I had a mix of beef and pork ribs to smoke for a family get together. This rack is just long enough to fit inside my Primo XL ceramic cooker loaded with ribs. Easy to clean. good value.
