Great for big bubbles

These worked as expected but the quality was a little less than expected. Now, don’t get me wrong, these are just fine for kids play and whatnot but I can’t imagine them lasting through the summer. We do use them quite often but I’ve already started seeing some degradation on the handles. So just take good care of them and they’ll get the job done.

This giant bubble wand was pure magic and easily one of the coolest things we brought to the beach. We premixed a five gallon bucket of bubble solution using a simple DIY recipe and our kids were instantly surrounded by a crowd of new beach buddies. Twist the wand in the middle to send out a stream of smaller bubbles or open it wide to launch absolutely massive ones that float forever. It's cheap, simple to pack, and best of all has no batteries. We had hours of fun, nonstop laughs, and a whole beach full of kids mesmerized by these giant floating orbs. If you're looking for a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, this is it. 5-Gallon Bubble Mix with Glycerin and Guar Gum: 10 cups Dawn dish soap (original blue) 1/2 cup glycerin 2 teaspoons guar gum powder (slowly dissolved in warm water before adding) 1 tablespoon baking powder (optional, improves performance) 5 gallons warm water total (including the mix)

Absolutely LOVE the giant bubbles activity and these wands have held up SO well. My kids are pretty rough with things and these wands thought it broke on day one… nope, easily reconnected and have been going strong ever since. We use these a lot and they are still staying together and had been a great purchase! All ages have enjoyed this activity!!!!

The bubble wond works very well but in the end it is no different than if you have wands/handles made out of plastic. The metal on this really is an inconvenience because you have to wipe it down extremely well for it not to rust and because they expand so far out it's very easy for moisture to get trapped in it therefore I say stick with plastic wands There is no difference between them and the expandable metal wands when it comes to size of the bubble.

works fine and can be used by young kids. Pick a day with a light steady wind. The wind blows the bubbles. No wind no bubbles. Position yourself with your back to the wind and the bubble pail at your feet. Dip the wand closed into the mixture. Lift it out then spread the wands and allow the wind to blow the bubble. Then close the wands to close and release the bubble for free flight. Lots of fun for kids if the wind is just right. If you have a dog keep it tied up. It will break every bubble. Kids quickly lose interest if there is no wind and no bubbles. I guess you could use a box fan.

These bubble wands are awesome. We used them for a kid’s 6th birthday party and they were a big hit. Just used a big bubble recipe off the internet and the wands did the rest! The kids could use them to make huge bubbles too. I love that the arms of the wands are retractable so they are easy to store for next time. The retractable arms are also good so they can be shortened for younger kids to use. Great quality too.
