Great hook and eye closures, just the right size for what I needed. I had a weatherproof jacket with a hood that just didn't like to stay on my head. Even if it wasn't windy out, this hood would always fall off my head and it really annoyed me. So I thought that buying something like this to be able to close the hood closer to my neck than the jacket originally allowed might work, and I was right.

I love restoring vintage clothes but it can be hard to find notions with the right feeling for bygone eras (when clothes were actually were made from quality materials). I recently found a floor length 1940's damask coat with a mink collar and cuffs (replacing with very nice fake fur) and assumed it would take months combing through vintage stores to find the right fasters to make the collar stand up in a mandarin style. The hooks will be exposed, so they needed to enhance the style, rather than being cheap and unsightly. Found these almost immediately on Amazon. They are not only heavy duty, but are nicely finished and will look great.

I LOVE these. I needed to repair some white costumes and these blended perfectly with the fabric. I'm not sure what they are made of, but I could see through the fabric on them instead of just around the hook making them very secure. They held up through a week of Nutcracker performances and can't be seen from stage.

Good quality hooks. My granddaughter has a little furry coat with snaps. Too hard for her to snap. These hooks work well. She can hook the coat closed.

Needed for a bustle for a wedding dress. The material to be held up was very heavy with a satin train. Couldn't tell if they were made of metal or hard plastic. But when I received them - I was ecstatic !! It is a meshy material covered over sturdy metal fastener/clasp! It was perfect for what I needed it for Kudos!!

I lost the button closure on a down jacket, and needed a way to secure the front. These hook and eyes work perfectly, and you can't even see them because the way the jacket is designed. Easy to use, and easy to sew on.

Although these hook and eyes were a bit larger than expected, they were excellent quality. These white ones were covered with white crocheting yarn, which made them easy to sew on. I would buy them again!

I bought these for a snuggie clasp for my daughter. They are very easy to put on. I was happy I was able to find them for a good price on Amazon, during the beginning of covid, when I was trying to stay home. They shipped quick.
