I used this pillow on a 20 hrs flight where I was on the end of the aisle, and it worked well. It did not lose shape and it was comfortable. It is bulky and can be challenging to put back in the bag, but it was a good fit for me. No neck pain either. I recommend it.

I just used it on a long international flight. I gave it three stars for the memory foam alone.. Pros Memory foam is cool Holds your head with ease Cons Too bulky ! Hard to get back in bag- bag is pretty , but useless. I was excited about this one (where my husband chose the blow up pillow instead. In an airplane seat (unless you are fortunate to have 1st class) you are packed in like a sardine with no additional knee or seat space. I wore it for a while, but it always was just a bit too bulky around my neck . So when I took it off, I had nowhere to put it. We tried at our feet, between our knees, under our elbows, it was just one more thing to try to keep with you in that tiny seat. By the time we arrived at our destination 10 hours later, I couldn’t wait to get rid of it. I considered trying to keep up with it so I could return it when we got back to the states, but decided it was just too much to keep up with. I ended up tossing it in the first trashcan off the plane. As much as I hate the say it, Husband was right about something, I used his blowup pillow on the way back and it worked very well, easily deflating it when we didn’t need. For me this one was just too bulky for the tight conditions

Used this pillow on a train 13 hour train ride. I bought it based on other customer reviews stating that is is very comfortable and offers good support. The memory foam is firm yet comfortable, flexible and the contoured shape offered good neck support. However, since my head tends to fall forward when I sleep it did not help much. I did use it in opposite position but that was not comfortable. I'm pleased that the pillow comes in a travel bag which makes it easier to travel around with. You can just roll it up after use, put it back it's bag and then safely tucked away in your carry-on bag. It also comes in a zippered removable cover which allows for washing which is plus. The drawstring can be adjusted to fit the size of your neck. I'm someone who has difficulty sleeping when travelling so everything has to be just about right. Even though it did not work for me, I would still recommend this item.

Returned because it didn't support the neck much. Maybe the foam is too soft, but there is no support on the side of the neck when falling asleep.
