Good costume quality hat. Overall look color fit was excellent

I bought this as a replacement to the original Jack Sparrow that I got my kid. It's pretty close to the original, a little lighter weight (not as thick a material), but it's still very solid and durable. The hat buttons up on the sides and the back easily and stays in place until you pull it back apart. You can't adjust the fit, as it's a solid brim, but it definitely fits well and stays in place during play. It has a nice color pattern throughout and is comfortable to wear (my kid is picky). Definitely good value for the price.

Great Hat, Great quality. A little big for a 10 year old, but it will work. I am very happy with this hat. Child will wear it with his Captain Jack Sparrow costume.

The quality is nice. Holds its shape good. My head is too small for it unfortunately. Will have to sew in a bandana or something of the like. I had plans to modify it for my renn fair costume anyway. I've purchased alot of faux leather materials but this definitely takes the cake in the smell factor. Worse smell I've seen so far in faux leather. I rubbed baking soda on it that should get ride of the smell if not I'll try some vinegar. But it's ok.. not woth the price if you as me

I will start this off by saying that the hat itself isn’t BAD quality for what you get for your money. Another review on here said it wasn’t able to be molded, which is true, but I did find I could press on it a bit to get it to stay on my head. My biggest issue is the SMELL. Not only did the hat smell, the PACKAGING smelled. It smelled so bad I can still smell it in my room where I opened it two days later. I’ve tried everything — washing it, letting it sit outside, soaking it in plain water, soaking it in soapy water, even perfume. Nothing is getting rid of the smell. It smells like a dead animal, genuinely, and living in the south that’s something you smell a lot. I’m not sure if it’s the paint or if it’s a chemical they use, but they definitely need to change it up because it’s disgusting.

This hat works perfect with the Pirate Costume I ordered on here as well. I bought a feather to put in it and now it's perfect.

extremely poor quality, and it didn't fit. I smelled like fish, too.
