Good support
Yes! Very comfortable. Have heel spur and helps cushion heal as well as support foot. Not as great for times of severe pain but for regular use in between.

Great choice
These give just the right amount of support for very flat feet. I've been using them for several years now and have been very happy with the fit and size.

Helps alignment.
I had some soreness when I first started wearing these inserts, but now I can tell when I have worn shoes without them. In a way, this is bad, because I can't wear sandals or anything other than my work shoes without having pain in my knees and feet. If you start wearing these, you might never go back to shoes without inserts. So, beware. The support for your heel is really where the stability comes from. The arch support is back farther than you would expect, but somehow it works. The very thin pink padding in the forefoot is the only difference between these and the blue inserts, I believe. I also own the yellow inserts for some spin/cycling shoes, and the arch is definitely higher in those, and I don't notice a huge difference in cooling from the few holes in the forefoot.I have sesamoiditis that flares up regularly in my left foot, and these inserts don't do much to help that, unfortunately. There's not much that can help that, though, so it's not the inserts' fault.I work in a hospital lab and am on my feet walking back and forth and all around on a hard floor about 80% of the time, and I walk a mile each way to and from work. I wear Brooks Ghost running shoes with these inserts and it definitely helps relieve some of the pain and aches in my back, knees and feet, but by no means does it take the pain away completely. I got the pink thermal version of these inserts to put in my cross country nordic/skate ski boots and they definitely help to keep my heel in place in those, also, while providing some nice insulation from the cold snow.Great inserts, but be prepared for the break-in period and replacement costs for multiple pairs of shoes if you like them. They will break down faster if you're constantly inserting them into different shoes.

Very good arch support for plantar fasciitis.
These are the insoles recommended by podiatrists. They are expensive, but work well. It was necessary to trim these insoles to fit my shoes, using scissors (as instructed by the product). Since these insoles wear out with the typical use of shoes, it is necessary to purchase them for each new pair of shoes. This adds significantly to the cost of each new pair of shoes, but to avoid the foot condition (plantar fasciitis) this is necessary.

My holy grail inserts
After over a decade of trying every insert I could find and spending thousands of dollars on prescription orthotics, all of which just made my problem worse, my physical therapist recommended these inserts for my neutral running shoes (the key is to find shoes that don’t cut away under the arch like most running shoes do), which my seventh and final podiatrist had recommended. Dr had put me in Powersteps, and those were way better than all the others I’d had, but the Superfeet Berry inserts combined with my New Balance 840 running shoes are THE combination for my very troubled ankles. After 15 years, several x-rays and MRIs, I finally had an MRI that showed what the underlying issue causing my recurring peroneal tendinitis/tendinosis is: very shallow tendon grooves, so the lateral tendons in my ankles slide around instead of stay in one place. This is a lifelong issue, so correct support is absolutely vital for me to avoid further tendon tears and other damage. I’m so grateful for these inserts. My ankle issues are way more under control than they have ever been previously since I started using these. Better than I ever dared dream actually. I do wish there was just a little more padding over the plastic part, but I have gotten used to it. I wear these with my New Balance 840 running shoes all day pretty much every day. I have a set for indoors and a set for outdoors, so I’m wearing these all the time. I also wear them with dress shoes—as dressy as my feet will allow anyway: Propet sandals and Cobb Hill Mary Janes. So I’m wearing these inserts constantly. Since I rotate between 2-3 pairs, I usually don’t have to replace them too often, around 8-10 months. I’m really grateful for these and pray they never discontinue them! Thank you for saving my ankles and my sanity, Superfeet!

Super Berry Feet are amazing
I have a fallen arch and these help so much. I need stability and comfort when walking on trails, hikes etc. I've been using these for 3 years straight and just now bought a new pair.

Superfeet helped my SuperBadFeet!!!
I have bad feet. Like REALLY bad feet. I have no arches, severe over pronation, weak ankles from multiple sprains and a fracture and legs with slightly different lengths. All this has lead to chronic plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis, as well as the expected low back, knee and hip pain.At the suggestion (insistence, really) of my podiatrist, I decided to try out Superfeet. It took me a few days to decide which to get, and I’m so glad I went with Berry. One of my concerns was that Berry would be uncomfortably narrow, given they’re made for women. I don’t have wide feet, but due to no arch it looks and feels like I do. My shoes are a size 10, which is the upper limit of the regular size, and they fit perfectly in my stability sneakers without cutting. No extra room on the sides, and the gentle low arch hit right where it’s supposed to.One thing I really like about these insoles is I can barely feel them, but they help A LOT. It only took a day for my feet to get used to them, and even with a bit of initial discomfort having something new, I immediately felt improvement in my knees, hips and back. These have in no way ‘cured’ my fasciitis and tendinitis, but they have significantly decreased my pain and general discomfort. I don’t expect that to change, as the insoles are very high quality and obviously meant to last awhile and take a lot of abuse.I highly recommend Superfeet to anyone who needs a little or a LOT of support!
