I got one of these and updated the firmware. After that, it worked for 2 days and now it won't return a device descriptor. Is that common?

How do you get the pcb out of the case? i want to check pinouts on the silkscreen vs. the case. thank you...

Based on others who have opened the case...the silkscreen is accurate for Hiletgo . This was the case for mine even those it was reversed from the picture. So I chose not to open the case and trusted the markings with good results. HiLetgo has several manufacturing batches ...but the markings match the hardware it seems.

Can someone tell me what exactly these are for? Can i reprogram an electric scooter?
