The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice bowl. I have never used one before this and it took a few tries to get it to sing. At first I couldn’t get it to sing with the leather wrapped part of the mallet so I used the wooden end. This video was one of my first attempts and is “clumsy “ but it did sing and has a nice, deep sound. After more practice I can make it sing with the leather part of the mallet and without tapping it first. There are several good videos on YouTube to teach how to use them. The one thing that bothered me was the packaging from Amazon. They just wrapped it in one layer of bubble wrap and stuck it in an envelope. I’m shocked it wasn’t damaged. They really should start shipping this in a box for more protection

This was a Christmas gift, she was excited once she opened the gift. She loves to use the singing bowl.
