Very soft to use, washes off easily with plain water. It makes makeup removal easy and feels good to the skin while using it.

This cleansing balm is nice and smooth, spreading lightly on the skin and, with a little bit of water, turning into a milky liquid that is easy to rinse off. I've had some that stubbornly remain a thick paste that sticks to my skin when I try to clean it off, but this dissolves readily, so I don't have to scrub hard to remove it. I like that the ingredient list is fairly simple and uses a lot of natural ingredients. It also has a very pleasant and subtle rose and vanilla scent that doesn't stick around too strongly. While it left my skin feeling clean, I didn't get the same softness that I seem to get from my bi-weekly clay cleansers. But I'm happy with how I felt after using this, and am pleased to add it to my skin care routine.

I've tried several products from this brand and have liked all of them. This Cleansing Balm is no exception. I love this cleansing balm because you just smooth it on and it removes all makeup and cleanses my face while leaving it feeling soft and moisturized, rather than stripped and squeaky. It has a faint but pleasant scent to it. The packaging is pretty. The price is a little high, but certainly in line with similar products. I love that this brand is cruelty-free and small batch. It justifies the price and feels more special.

Based on the name, "Natural Gentle Cleansing Melt Balm" I was expecting sort of a cream-type cleanser. It's actually a clear gel-like texture, and when you apply it to your face and add water it develops a thin, creamy, rich, white lather. It feels like an oil-cleanser - I oil-cleanse regularly, so I actually love it. It doesn't leave my face feeling as oily as an actual oil-cleanse, but it doesn't strip or dry my skin out at all either. Just leaves my skin feeling fresh and natural! It has a heavenly light vanilla and rose scent. Not overbearing or old-lady perfume-y at all!

This is a cleansing balm that you should apply to face, add water to create a milky consistency, and then rinse. What I liked about it: - the scent is heavenly - it has a vanilla floral scent that just smells great use. - it is very moisturizing and made skin feel much more hydrated. - a little bit goes a long way, and it should last a long time. What I did not love: - It feels like petroleum jelly and was really hard to rinse off (needed some effort to get off the face). - did not feel like it was cleansing much. Not sure if my face was much cleaner after using. It almost felt like a moisturizing mask vs cleanser. Overall, I like it OK, but will not use it as a primary cleanser - however, that scent is fantastic!

This brand did nothing special for my facial skin. Vaseline would have delivered better results!

This is even better than I expected. I thought the consistency would be just like another run-of-the-mill solidified coconut oil with some essential oils added in. I was wrong. This has the consistency of a lighter petroleum jelly that's not sticky and suffocating, if that makes sense. It does a great job of removing not just makeup, but also water resistant sunscreen. It smells heavenly, and it's a generous portion for the price. My skin is left soft and clean without being stripped of moisture. Very pleased!

This cleansing balm leaves the skin clean and moisturized and feels so good! Comes in a beautiful looking jar and made from natural, clean ingredients and has a sweet and pleasant. scent that is not overwhelming. My only complaint is the ease of using it. It suggests application to dry skin, which changes the texture to a cream that melts away. This is great but not one that requires a bit more attention and may not be the best fit for everyone's skincare routine. - cruelty free - vegan - cleanses the skin well - nourishing and moisturizing - natural ingredients - made in the UK - beautiful jar - use on completely dry skin and then rinse away - reasonably priced for the quality and named brand I hope you find this review helpful!

Love this! gentle cleansing balm with soft scent

This is an amazing product for dry or mature skins. Leaves your skin soft and smooth. Spend a few minutes massaging the gel into your skin and it improves the texture and stimulates the blood supply to the surface to improve appearance. I love this ❤️
