Best lip balm
I have bought this for years and have occasionally tried others and always go back to this. I never get chapped lips in the winter and it protects them in the summer. I completely recommend this product.

Variable Quality
I've purchased these lip balms for many years. Most of the time they are great, but occasionally they taste awful and do not work nearly as well.

New formula is disgusting
Palmer's have changed the formula, it no longer tastes or smells like cocoa butter [March 2023]. It's white now, and others have described the texture as lard-like. It smells like chemicals and damp cleaning cloths to me, and it doesn't actually moisturise. It's terrible. According to Palmer's Twitter they're "actively considering reformulating the product to address the issues raised, and hopefully we should have the formula back soon." If you want to avoid the new formula, don't buy the ones marked "LIP BALM" in the blue band - get the ones marked "Original" if you can find any.

Favourite lip balms
Great lip balms, smooth and silky on application, no residue. I was initially put off by other reviews saying the ingredients had changed and left a residue - however, I am happy I ignored them. I have bought these on two separate occasions recently (we get through lots in our family!) and both batches were absolutely perfect - thanks so much!
