Tim Hortons Premium Instant Coffee (Medium)

I hate that I love this stuff so much, but it's just an easy coffee replacement. So easy. Great while traveling. It's not amazing, it's just...coffee. Super easy to toss in luggage and know you have coffee that tastes like coffee. And great to have at home when you run out of coffee and just need...coffee. I'm not Canadian, and detest actual Tim Horton's coffee, but the instant stuff...I hate that I like it so much.

Not saying I am an Instant Coffee expert, anything but that. However, the flavor in this brand is exceptional. Great for adding flavors in baking or even a sprinkle on vanilla ice cream. A bit more pricey than what's in the midwestern grocery chains but coffee lovers will understand.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Amazing coffee.

I received a version that had 100% Columbian coffee on it. It does not taste like the Tim Hortons original at all. I've had the instant and ground versions before and in comparison, this isn't the same. However, the taste of the coffee is still good. It just wasn't what I expected.

As a seasoned coffee drinker with over 40 years of experience, I approached Tim Hortons Premium Instant Coffee (Medium) with anticipation, hoping to find that rich, satisfying taste I cherish in a good cup of coffee. However, my expectations weren’t entirely met. Upon first taste, I found that the coffee lacked a certain depth and richness that I look for in my daily brew. It doesn’t taste terrible, but there’s a noticeable absence of those robust, full-bodied flavors that make a coffee truly great. I tried adjusting the coffee-to-water ratio, experimenting with different temperatures, and even altering the brewing time, yet the coffee still fell short of hitting that ‘just right’ mark for me. That said, it’s not without its merits. The aroma is pleasantly inviting, and the convenience of instant preparation is undeniable – a plus for anyone needing a quick caffeine fix. The medium roast should, in theory, offer a balanced flavor, but in this case, it seems a bit subdued for my liking. In fairness, taste is subjective, and what might not resonate with my palate could very well be delightful to someone else. I appreciate the effort behind this product and acknowledge that finding the perfect cup of coffee is a personal journey. I’m giving Tim Hortons Premium Instant Coffee (Medium) a solid three stars. It’s a decent option for those who prefer a milder, less intense coffee experience or are seeking the convenience of an instant brew. While it doesn’t quite hit the high notes for me personally, its ease of preparation and gentle aroma might appeal to others, especially those who enjoy a lighter roast. This coffee could potentially be a good match for those who prefer a subtler flavor profile or are just beginning to explore the world of coffee. Ultimately, it’s a fair choice but hasn’t quite found a place in my daily coffee ritual.

This item is exactly the same as what I buy when we visit Québec and New Brunswick. In the photo the one on the left was purchased at a Canadian supermarket, the other was bought from this seller. The other side of the labels is in English. This makes a great cup of coffee when you don't wish to fire up your regular coffee maker, or when you're away from home. It arrived with very good packaging much sooner than estimated. We will buy this again when we start to run low. (also, the expiration date is over two years away from the day it arrived).

What can I say, I ordered this as a special request to bring back to by Filipino brother who lives in the Philippines. He loved it, so I'm passing along the 5 star rating from him.

Lovely coffee but a bit on the pricey side.

This coffee has been my ultimate go to for years! I am simply obsessed with how quick it is, its luxury taste and extreme affordability. This coffee single handedly makes early morning wakeups a ultimate pleasure and is irreplaceable.

It makes a lovely cuppa not as strong as our instant coffee but its a canadian brand thats worth a try

I was attracted by this as a well-reviewed medium roast 100% Arabica instant coffee. I was initially bitterly disappointed: it seemed to me to have almost no doffee taste, other than a slightly soapy feel to it. I'd be delighted to pay a good price for a high quality aromatic, medium-roast Arabica coffee. After trying it with lots of coffee powder in each cup, this seemed to me to fit the bill and I will buy more. But it is horribly expensive given how much one has to use to get a tasty cup of coffee
