I would rate charger a 5 but the cable it came with is already failing
I like the fact that it can charge 2 devices. The cable mine came with is already failing at the strain relief.I'm guessing this is a known and fixed problem because it looks like the unit from pictures now ships with a different cable. It's like the strain relief is coming of the cable insulation and it is exposing metal wires from inside (shielding i suppose)I am taking off one star because of the cable failure

Perfect for my needs. But.... Maybe not so much for others depending on your own needs.
5 month update:This charger has performed better than expected. It's working beautifully. No complaints what so ever. Money well spent.AND a side note. I accidently dropped the charger and broke the connecting plug rendering it useless. On a hope and s prayer I contracted the seller to ask about warranty coverage. In this instance, my accident was not covered by the warranty. BUT, they replaced the charger free of charge, without a warranty for this charger and I'm most ok with that. They didn't have to replace it at all. This is a seller that sells quality products WITH superb customer service. They mean it when they say their goal is to ensure the customer is happy with the product and the service. You just don't see that very much these days. They have a customer for life. I will visit this store every time I need something that they may have. This is how business is supposed to be done.I purchased this specifically to provide enough power for a 5 port Ethernet adapter that did not come with it's own power supply and was not aware that typical stock chargers and cables provided with my phone or tablet were inadequate and did not provide enough power to juice everything connected to the Ethernet adapter, especially the tablet or phone. Don't ask how many hours i wasted trying to and researching why. But, luckily, this Nekteck power distributing wall charger gets the job done, with ease. And, it has been working, flawlessly, since installation. NO hiccups, hangups, shut downs..... Nothing! And it has never gotten hot to the touch once. This thing delivers and for the price, compared the other "so called" higher end power port chargers, it's a no brainer! No joke! Those guys better watch out and keep a close eye on Nectech.Pros - 98% of everythingCons - (my opinion only)#1 This charger is rather big & bulky and quite heavy, as far as wall chargers go, so, it's not, exactly small or light enough to be ideal for use as a travel charger.#2 It takes up valuable space on the outlet depending on other components needing use of the outlet.#3 it needs to be supported underneath because of the weight of the unit. If your outlets are somewhat aged and slightly worn, like mine, the unit will fall out. That being said, for the price and capabilities, I, still, recommend it despite it all. For me, everything weighs out to even.I recommend considering your intended use, outlet space and possible travel needs for this charger to determine if it would be worth it for you.

Saved me from replacing my ipad charging port.
This was the answer to my problem charging my ipad. I thought my charging port was worn out as it was becoming increasingly harder to charge with the charger I had been using the past few years. I knew the charger worked since it would charge my iphone so I had no reason to think it had gone bad.I took my ipad to a repair shop and when they plugged their charger in, they said it was accepting a charge and maybe it was my charging cable. They tested one they sell and it worked so I bought it. Then when I used the new cable I was back to getting no charge at home. At that point I knew I needed a better charger and got this one and lo-and behold it worked and charged my ipad faster than ever before. The best part was I didn’t spend a couple hundred bucks replacing the ipad charging port for no reason.

Excellent Dual-Port USB-C Adapter!
For the price, this is an excellent dual-port, Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 powered USB-C adapter.I own a lot of USB-C devices and have also bought way too many power adapters and battery packs to power them. The first thing I typically do when I get a new adapter is run it through a couple tests with a USB-C meter. I can confirm:* a PD 3.0 profile pull on the 45W port provided exactly the documented output: 5V/9V/12V/15V at 3A and 20V at 2.25A* A PD 3.0 profile pull on the secondary 18W port provided exactly the documented output: 5V at 3A, 9V at 2A, 12V at 1.5A and 15V at 1.2A* I was able to fully saturate the 45W port (20V at 2.2A-ish) while also pulling a 15V profile from the 18W portI often work in a quiet home office and with PD adapters and batteries, I'm especially sensitive to electronic hum - which is especially evident at higher voltage PD profiles. I "maxed out" the 45W port by plugging my 13" Dell XPS which used a 20V profile - and it was whisper quiet! No electronic hum, zapping or crackling at all.The ETL certification is a great addition considering most USB-C PD adapters are not certified (which is a bit scary when you really think about it 😳).Overall, I'm impressed and would recommend this to anyone who has a laptop and a phone (or tablet) that wants to charge both, using a single adapter, while maximizing current for fast charging.

Great value and product!
Purchased this as an all-in-one charger for my Acer Aspire R13 and LG V30/ Pixel 3 XL. It's been working perfectly with no issues. Really appreciated the 6ft long USB-C-to-USB-C cable that comes included with the charging brick. The charging brick has folding prongs that I wish required just a bit more force to fold back in. When I'm lazy, I try to plug it into the outlet between my bed and nightstand without getting out of bed. This makes it difficult to see where the prongs go for the bottom outlet. Pushing the prongs against the wall to search for the outlet, usually makes them fold in. This is more of a personal and minor inconvenience though. Works great when I get off my butt and plug it in properly.Plugging it into the top outlet instead of the bottom was not a plausible solution to me. Plugging it into the top outlet would block the bottom outlet, or put pressure down on the prongs that pulls it out just slightly. Though, the outlet (and apartment as well if I'm honest lol) aren't in pristine condition and dated.Overall - great purchase that was worth the money!
