I bought this mouse pad because one of my favorite youtuber recommended it as the best ever. His mousepad also has a much smoother top finish. The mousepad I received however had a cheap 100 count cloth texture on top. Although the grip is great it is just way too much. It rubs under my wrist and creates soreness. There was nothing Xsoft about it. I wish I could get it replaced but the packaging was not that great and completely tore while opening it and now I cant even return it. I wish they made the pad with the satin type cloth for the surface instead of this cheap rough black cloth.

Great feel, perfect smoothness / roughness contrast, mouse does not slide TOO easily. Love it.

I purchased this mousepad and waited months only to receive a mousepad that is 1/8th the size listed, with some severe creases down the middle with how they folded it. I know that my friend received the proper sized mousepad.Below I show a picture of the mousepad that I received on top of my QCK Heavy Steel Series, as well as the measurements of the mousepad I actually got.
