It's well made, sturdy, and much, much, much easier to use than my last one.
I was about to give up on ever being able to use a coping saw. I tried and tried, but couldn't cut a straight line with the Stanley Fat Max that I bought. I decided to try one more time, and as soon as I held this one I knew it was going to make to world of difference. Now I can cut with no problem! I love it! It feels sturdy, the handle doesn't come loose like the Stanley, and the blade doesn't keep stopping and getting stuck. Well worth the money!!!

Very Sturdy
This is a very solid coping saw, which is nice if you like a lot of tension on your blade or if you ever "lean in" a little too much into your cuts in thicker trim. The handle screws in tightly and is comfortable to hold. Way better than the cheap stuff I used to use and worth a few extra dollars.

Good
Saw is good, seems well made. The saw blade dulled pretty quickly which is my only criticism. Easy enough to work with but plan to buy spares to keep your delicate cuts clean.

Perfect for Any Level
An amazing coping saw for the price and the stock blades Bahco sells work great. Holds tension well and has a comfortable wood handle for adjusting.

I removed the blade and tried to spead the saw for more tension at improve greatly but still is no better than the one you can b
I have been a carpenter for 25 years and I have never paid this much for a coping saw but after reading all of the reviews I decided to give it a try . When i received the package I was so excited. When I opened the package i was a little concerned with the cheap look and feel of the saw . Then when i installed the blade I realized that this saw is no different from the cheap ones at the big box stores , it just dosnt hold enough tension on the blade . I tried coping a piece of pine 4 5/8 crown and the blade just would not track straight . I removed the blade and tried to spead the saw for more tension at improve greatly but still is no better than the one you can buy at big box stores for 7.99 . I also purchased the blades from the same manufacture and they are some of the finest blades that I have ever purchased .

Great saw.
This is one of the best coping saws I have ever used. It reminds me of the ones I learned on of my grandfathers.

Blade Does Not Align
I really do not like this saw. Changing blades is very difficult as is ensuring that the blade is perfectly vertical. If you tighten the blade as far as the handle will screw in, which of course you have to do, it is well nigh impossible to set the blade straight as the blade retainer tilts when the handle is tight. If you loosen the handle to be able to straighten the blade it will again not align when you retighten the handle. Of course, this renders the saw useless.
