Great product I won't go another day without it.This is one of the healthiest supplements you can take with turmeric,serrepeptase and Nattokinsea. Turmeric and black seed oil have been proven to analyze your diet and will even kill cancer by doing so while the other two will remove plaque from your blood,help you sinuses and joints and a 4 very potent antioxidants. Try them I was taking male hormones for a year along with this and NAC 600 each of them twice a day and my Dr was amazed at how healthy I was but I was also working out 3 to 4 days a week and for you that van mean walking a treadmill but I wanted to experiment. All in all product is okay . But would be better if the bottle came with a sealer or if the bottle had a stopper . Spilled a little bit in the zip lock bag . So , the whole bottle is very oily .
