I was recently told that I had low iron and it was suggested that I start taking iron supplements. I always buy nature's bounty supplements so it was a no-brainer to get this product. I've had no discomfort whatsoever after taking this for 2 weeks. We'll see how it has an effect on my iron level when my blood is screened the next time. The size of the capsule isn't too bad, but I also have no problem taking pills.

No headaches
I’ve tried iron supplements before but they always gave me headaches and made me super constipated. I take Citracel daily now anyway, so I don’t know if this would make me constipated. But I don’t have any headaches from this which is amazing. I take two everyday. Which is worth buying this one for me to not be in pain for.

Iron supplement - easy on tummy
Iron glycinate capsules. Much much easier on stomach than hard to dissolve iron sulfate tablets. No nausea . Also capsule doesn't have metallic taste of iron tablets.

Gi tolerance , simply the best!
So much better than ferrous sulfate or ferrous fumerate, because your gi tract tolerates better. Also more natural smell of bowel movements. Recommend checking dose with your doctor

It worked
So I waited to write this review. After taking this iron pill for a month I finally got my menstrual after not seeing iy from September 2025 and I must say I am happy. I took it with Prenatal Vitamin, multivitamin and inositol gummies. And guess what I don't have any bloating.
