According to Rhino USA, all of their load ratings use a safety factor of 3. Since the Break Strength of their Shackle Hitch is 41,850, dividing that by three would yield a Working Load of 13,950. Or, if you use the older Break Strength of 31,418 it would have a Working Load of 10,473.

Does it come with a pin?

"Does it come with a pin?" is somewhat ambiguous. There are two pins required for operation, so to which pin are you referring? -The pin to connect the D-ring shackle to the square tubing? Yes, it is supplied. -The pin to keep the square tubing from sliding out of your receiver hitch? No, but it should be the same size as what came with your receiver hitch.
