Hi. Would anyone who has this lathe be able to post a link to a suitable chuck that would fit it please? Thanks

After spending ages I found that the thread is an m18 and I purchased a Chuck from record with the adaptor this Chuck is available with lots of different adaptors so when I upgrade I can keep the Chuck Good luck with your purchase hope this helps

Does this lathe come with a faceplate so could turn a bowl

It comes with a approx six inch metal plate you could use it to turn a bowl I think but I bought an upgraded Chuck system so I did not use it the bearings only lasted six months and started to vibrate would be carful how you load it up replaced bearings with roller bearings for £30 no probs since good little thing

Can this lathe be used as a mini lathe by not connecting the extention

yes, no problem. Store the other half and use if and when needed
