Great shed. Pay attention to details
This is a plastic shed. Two people are needed to put it together. It took a couple of hours to assemble it. We prepared a shed foundation so the shed wouldn't sit on the uneven grass. Making the shed foundation took the longest but it made a great base for the shed. I would not recommend it for an open windy area as it doesn't seem as sturdy as a metal one. I do not understand all the negative reviews about the difficult instructions. I am not an engineer and it took me and my son 2 hours to assemble it. Yes you need to pay attention to details and move it and jimmy some parts...If you can't handle that you should not assemble anything and instead pay someone to do it. The hardest part for us was getting the roof panels to fit because one had a slight bent. We used our brains and tools and patience and it worked great. Again, I do not understand the amount of negative reviews. This is a great shed for a small area. It fits all of our backyard stuff including a big lawnmower, trimmer, blower, etc...It looks great in the backyard. I would definitely recommend it

Better than expected
I am very pleased with this shed so far. Obviously time will tell how it holds up in the California sun, but I don't foresee any major issues from what I've observed after assembly. The package arrived in perfect condition with no damage to the parts. Everything was well labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. It took two people 2 hours and we did not run into any major snags that weren't quickly rectified. If you have experience with Ikea furniture this should be familiar and easy to follow. You are working with plastic that has the ability to bend and warp out of place, but it can also bend and warp back into place. Once you understand how the seams overlap it becomes obvious how to fit it all together and how you can manipulate it so everything lines up.I am going to cover the floor with a 3/4" stall mat for a little more durability as it feels like it could develop some indentations over time from the yard equipment or other things sitting on it in one place, but that was my plan for any shed that I had planned to purchase to make the floor last longer. It will also be anchored to the concrete slab it's sitting on as we do experience some high winds in my area and I feel that is something to not be ignored with a shed that is this lightweight when empty. Its overall size and physical appearance is fantastic. I'm 6' tall and I do not have to duck when stepping inside, which was a major requirement when I was comparing sheds. It feels spacious inside with the vaulted ceiling and there are no support bars in the way to hit your head on or take up valuable vertical space. I have an EGO brand lawnmower that folds up compactly into a vertical position that sits perfectly into the back right corner along with an EGO line trimmer and its edger attachment. It will also still fit with all four wheels on the ground from the back wall to the doors with the handle collapsed and folded and bag removed. If your mower doesn't have the ability to at least do that you may need a bigger shed depending on what else you want to store in it.I think this is a great shed for the price and I'm pretty sure you will too!

Keter's Factor Shed (6' x 3')
== Original Product Delivery, Inspection & Review ==Product took about a month to arrive which was expected as it was freight shipped from what I assume was the manufacturer's site/warehouse. Upon arrival, I could tell the box was already beat to death. There remained only two packing straps and the box had visible rips and dents with one side bloating like a dead cow that was left out in the field too long.Sadly, porch delivery was offered via Amazon, however the local delivery service was unable to accomplish this as it was one poor dude (and I wasn't going to argue with him considering the boxes condition). So I had him leave it out on my front sidewalk.I have so far managed to get it around to the assembly site and removed what remains of the cardboard top. Rough inspection of the parts shows that numerous panels have crushed corners (noted by several other posts here), and some small parts actually fell out of the holes on both the sidewalk (prior to moving) and while moving the box around to the patio out back where it will be assembled. After seeing this, I have little hope that the nesc. parts to assemble this arrived with the actual box itself. However, I will progress as far along with the assembly as I can get and will update this review once it's completed.== Post Assembly Update ==Alright, as promised, here's the update to the review.Let's address the good .. and the bad about the parts that came out from the box when it was delivered. Short of one resin piece, the small bag of silver bolts ... doesn't belong to this kit. Odd, as that may seem, I figure it must have fallen out of another box and someone saw the shed box gaping and assumed it came from there. (Yay me.)Keter actually did a great job of individually bagging & labeling each part and then putting all parts in a larger "parts bag" within my kit. Smack in the middle, which I assume is the reason it managed to make it here with everything to assemble it. A+ thought on that. Each bag also labels QA inspection so it would appear to be pretty hard for you to receive a kit if you get the big bag without all of the nesc. parts. As for the damaged pieces .. well, honestly, they weren't bent enough that a small rubber mallet and a putty knife couldn't get the pieces to fit right. It did add extra assembly time .. probably doubled it .. but for something that shipped from who knows where to my door, I find it acceptable. The only other issue I had was with the doors. It appears that their mold doesn't release well around one of the door edges resulting in some resin that needed to be removed from a hole with a utility knife. Not a big deal to be fair but figured I'd mention it.Assembly time: about 60 minutes. There are good reviews online and this is a small shed (6'x3'). I ended up getting a step stool to get the roof ridge on but other then that it wasn't that bad. I would think most folks can do it without help, though it might have been convenient to have a second hand when wedging in the back panels as those slots happened to be ones that were bent a bit for me.Everything else about it is great and just as expected. Couldn't be happier, though I am dinging 1 star for the moderate need to use the putty knife to fit some of the pieces.

Not what it says it is
I'm an older woman and from reading other reviews thought I could put it together on my own, especially after reading how difficult other sheds were that required screws. I was wrong - when I tried to put the walls together I couldn't begin to do it. I asked several friends that do a lot of repairs and they didn't want to after seeing what I went thru. Finally found someone and he struggled for about 3 hours with it. Walls & especially the doors wouldn't line up and the left door is still stuck and has to be jerked hard to open. My biggest complaint is about the roof. He told me it is made of cardboard (I guess it's cardboard with a thin coat of resin and will start leaking as it is so poorly made and if it cracks at all it will just fall apart. He was able to put it together with only one small crack which we fixed with duct tape, but I've covered the roof with heavy plastic held down with more duct tape, as it rained the day after he finished putting it together. I'm very disappointed as I purchased this just to put things in it to keep them dry. I don't think I will put anything of value in the shed that water or moisture would hurt. Will not buy from this company ever again & certainly not recommend it.

OK for the money — but be careful with delivery
I was able to assemble this mostly by myself. My neighbor did help me hold one piece in place. I would say it took around 8 hours for me to complete it over the course of three days. But, I don't build things very regularly, so it would probably not take that long for someone with more experience. I did have to take breaks to go buy a rubber mallet — an absolute must! — and a cordless drill. I've always muscled through with just regular screwdrivers before on these types of projects, but I would have never gotten there without the drill. In the process of getting it to fit together, I did crack the corner of one side, which I'll be fixing with some caulk. Some pieces were bent, which required some coaxing them back into a shape with pliers that would allow for fitting together. The directions are all pictorial, but they were pretty decent. I did struggle a lot with understanding how to get the doors together, though. That particular section could have used some verbal explanation on what to do. I ended up assembling one side incorrectly, which means I now have a couple extra small holes in the door. It also came missing one door handle, and I've put in a request to Keter to get a new one.The delivery process was probably the worst part of this product. When I ordered the shed, I indicated it was OK to just leave it in the front of the house. Instead, I kept getting emails from Ceva, the contracted delivery provider, with broken links asking me to indicate a time for delivery. Every single one led to a 404 page not found error. After three days of that, I got a new email that asked me to indicate my delivery time — for the day the email was sent, with no other options. And... I only got to that information after 30 minutes trying to get the pages on the website to load. They would quit at different stages of the process of entering my information. I finally gave up on the route I was supposed to go and tried working through my tracking number. But that also didn't work. I did finally get the reschedule delivery page to load, but it only offered one possible day, which was a day I couldn't do (you have to commit to being there between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.), and would not load any weeks beyond the week being shown. After a couple of failed page load attempts, I did get to the contact us form and got it to work. I sent a message asking about what I should do about the delivery since I couldn't get a reschedule option. The reply I got back was that they were canceling my order. I contacted Amazon Customer Service, and they were really great. The team member I reached, Hormuz, called the delivery service and got us on a three-way call. Unfortunately, I think Ceva's customer service person was on a cell, so she popped out a lot. But we did work out a day for them to deliver — a Wednesday — where I could be at the house from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to sign for it. (Again, I had originally indicated I was OK with them just dropping it off when I ordered the product.) After that, I got an email from another person at Ceva, who did a non-apology apology. I confirmed that we were on track for a Wednesday delivery between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m..The shed came the Friday before that scheduled Wednesday at 7:15 a.m. The guy didn't ask me to sign for anything. But, I did eventually get the shed. All in all, I got what I paid for, I'd say. It's not the greatest, but I didn't pay for the greatest, either.

SOLID SHED!
I am so happy with this storage shed. The labeling and directions were easy to read and execute. I did most of the build myself as a male in his 50's. However, I did enlist the help of my younger broth-in-law on some final screws I could not get screwed in all the way. These were tough but do-able. They were on the interior for the roof rail. I am tall but I could not get the right angle and pressure for the tight cubby but he could. He is in the construction/welding field so he did it with ease. I spent a good afternoon assembling and it looks great! My shed is on a deck that is protected by wind. I feel if the shed was more exposed it would be pretty secure with the weight of items inside. But if it's exposed and rather empty, a good strong wind gust could knock it over. I really like the size and height and the ability to add an exterior lock. The box it shipped it was good, however there was some minor exterior damage due to shipping. I know a lot have mentioned the packaging but I thought it was fine. I work in the shipping industry and it saddening to see how people treat objects. Shippers need to be held accountable, so place the blame where it needs to be and push back. I was fortunate enough to have been blessed with good shipping and arrival.

If you are ok with cheap quality, go for a less expensive one
I bought this item because AI said Keter was a similar quality to Suncast in the "high quality" category, and I had physically looked at a Suncast model in a store and it was super robust, with thick walls. What, you say? Sometimes AI makes mistakes? It warned me not to buy from one of those companies with the weird all consonant names priced 50% less on Amazon because they are flimsy, and assured me Keter was not. I was torn between Keter and Suncast, and went with Keter because AI said it was slightly easier to assemble. I regret my choice. First, the item was late, which was super annoying in my case, resulting in me having to rush to assemble it, exacerbating #3 below. Second, the walls and other materials are super super flimsy and just cheap quality. I can't imagine the less expensive ones could be poorer quality than this unless they are made out of construction paper. DEFINITELY not Suncast robust. Third, it was SUPER frustrating to assemble for so many reasons - the two top peaked roof pieces were mislabeled front and back, which cost me 2 hours of time (yes, it took me that long to figure out); the door hardware holes aren't drilled big enough to fit the screws that come with it, so I still have to figure that part out), nothing lines up properly, and those stupid phallic-looking plastic screws don't honestly really work that well - my hand is all cut up from trying to screw them in. Oh, and the instructions are "written" in hyroglyphics, so you have to youtube and google to figure about half of the steps out. (Just pick a language and use your words! People can always google translate if it's not their language.) Fourth, the whole thing just looks cheap and flimsy, and for the price (I paid $600), it's not what I was expecting - I should have gone for a $350 product. I will say the day after assembly it rained 1.25 inches, and it's relatively dry in there. Do not listen when they say it takes 2 hours to assemble. Plan on 2 people for 5 hours. You definitely need 2 people, mainly for the roof and for jamming it all together when things don't line up. You WILL need that rubber mallot. I've invested so much time and $ in this, I'll keep it for now, but go for something else.
