Great salt substitute with a great flavor for whatever you are cooking!
Have been using Liqui Amino for years. For me it is a salt substitute....when cooking veggies that make their own juice will add amino to taste. The product is made from soy...... .13% sodium.....very minimal. Will add flavor to the dishes you prepare and much healthier than salt.

Good flavor and lower sodium than soy sauce
This stuff is good as a lower sodium alternative to soy sauce. The flavor is savory rich and a tad smoky. I've been looking for a lower sodium alternative to soy sauce or even low sodium soy sauce. Looks like it is a bit lower than the low sodium soy. This may be the answer. It also has the aminos and is gluten free if you are looking for that sort of thing. At $10 for a 32 oz. bottle this will last forever. Lol. For even lower sodium try the braggs coconut aminos. The difference with that in addition to half the sodium of this stuff it also is kinda sweet which I also like. It's almost teriyaki like. Now I've got 2 great alternatives.

Awesome Product!!!
Great value...I've always loved this product for many years, you don't need much, the flavor is beyond excellent. I use a little more on a beef roast in my pressure cooker, makes the meat so tender plus I add a lil on everything that needs that extra taste...yum!

Love this stuff and it’s become so hard to find in my local grocery store. Great price for the size and delivered right to my door. Couldn’t ask for more!

This saved my diet!
I'm asian so I loves me my soy sauce. I went on a 6 week weight loss challenge that required me to be on a pretty strict diet and these amino acids for real saved me from bland food during that time. As someone who grew up on soy sauce, I felt like it was a really good substitute. Like pretty decent. I even went so far as to pack it with me to a sushi restaurant to dip my sashimi in it during my challenge. Haha the dedication was real. I have since finished my challenge but still use the liquid aminos as a soy sauce substitute to this day. It's been a staple in our kitchen when for meals so that we can allot our calories and sodium elsewhere.

Soy replacement, high sodium
Love the product. Unfortunately mine arrived with a damaged unusable cap. I did not return as bought on sale and will use cap from prior bottle. Obviously high sodium content replacement for soy sauce

For me, a great soy sauce and salt alternative (but it is not low sodium)
I heard mention of this on a Dr. Oz show, and I love this stuff! It has become the most used seasoning at my house. It has sodium (in fact, thanks to Halcyon's comment, I compared it closely to lite soy sauce, and found out it has about twice the sodium per tsp), but here is the funny thing - a little of this seems to go a long way toward adding "saltiness" to soups, stir frys, hard boiled eggs, etc, and since it is in liquid form in a dropper bottle, I can easily add what I need to my own serving of food without overdoing it (my goal is for the sodium content in mg to remain less than the calories in a meal, since my dr. asked me to limit sodium to 1600mg/day). When we make soup at our house, we use no added salt broth and no added salt canned vegetables along with the frozen and fresh vegetables, herbs and spices, then everyone seasons their own serving. I only need about 14 drops of this ( = 50mg sodium) to season my serving of soup to my liking. Does anyone know of a diluted salt mixture so say 50mg of sodium could be measured out at one time? - I certainly don't trust myself with a salt shaker. Perhaps the thing to do is dissolve some salt in water so that 14 drops works out to have 50mg of sodium, and put it in a dropper bottle just like the Bragg. Then I can find out if salt works as well as Bragg!
