I’m not sure I believe 200 ppm. The prescription brands are usually 55ppm

Has anyone used this on chronic venus insufficiency ulcers? Can this be used with hydrocolloid dressings such as DuoDerm?

I would certainly say this would be worth a try. I would avoid using it with the hydrocolloid dressings though. Seems to me that the area would heal better if allowed to heal without moisture which can cause bacterial and fungal growth. I would say to try the silver gel and allow the area to breathe and maybe even get some sunlight.
