A Cut Above: Affordability Meets Precision
I purchased the Double Cut Carbide Rotary Burr Set with a 10-piece assortment, and it has quickly become a staple in my woodworking and metal carving projects. The 1/8" shank and 1/4" head length of the tungsten steel burrs are just the right size for detailed work. The double cut design is effective in reducing the amount of material with each pass, making my tasks quicker and more efficient. One of the standout features of this set is its versatility. Whether I am working on woodworking, drilling, metal carving, engraving, or polishing, these burrs are up to the task. The tungsten steel composition ensures that they stay sharp even after multiple uses, something I noticed when I used a single bit to port an entire iron cylinder head and it remained sharp throughout the process. Additionally, the longevity of these burrs is notable. The set is also very user-friendly. The burrs are easy to attach to my rotary tool, and the quality of the material ensures a smooth operation every time. A minor downside is the packaging. It could be improved to provide better organization and protection for the burrs. However, considering the affordability and the exceptional performance of this set, this is a small trade-off.The Double Cut Carbide Rotary Burr Set is a cost-effective solution for anyone in need of reliable and precise burrs for a variety of tasks. The durability and effectiveness of these burrs are remarkable, ensuring they will be a valuable addition to any toolkit. I highly recommend this set to both hobbyists and professionals looking to enhance their crafting experience without burning a hole in their pocket.

Big punch in small package
Great lil kit. Small enough to work in tight areas. Wouldn't use them for big jobs but for small areas. It is perfect

Great set for the price!
I use these in my Dremel primarily to work on 6061-T6 aluminum. These bits work great for that, but they do cut a bit rougher than I was expecting. They seem to hold their sharpness fairly well, but do dull faster than higher quality bits. Overall I would recommend these for a hobbyist, but maybe not for heavy duty professional work.

I wanted to like these
I ordered these to help turn a hole into a slot since I don't own a mill. First use they got me what I needed, however that was pretty minimal use. Unfortunately, after using them again I have to say these are pretty inefficient and low quality. They can barely eat through mild steel. I had to put so much force on them to remove any considerable amount of material that the shaft bent and now they're unusable. Fortunately they weren't that expensive. I'd hesitate to buy them again. They'd work fine to deburr a hole or break and edge, but might as well just use a deburring tool or file for that. I'll continue to use them until they all break.

These worked great on myrtle wood.
These worked great on myrtle wood, one of the hardest woods there is. Therefor they will work on any kind of wood.I used these to make the hole bigger on the clock my Father sent me so the time piece would fit in easier.
