Very skeptical when I bought it. Awoke totally pain free from first morning on. It’s a little cumbersome as it has to be on top of the sheet. Will continue to use until I can afford a fitted grounding sheet. Gave my daughter a grounding pillowcase. She’s diabetic and sores on her feet are finally healing.

There's no way this does anything. It's a fake leather sheet with holes in it with a snap button and a wire you plug into the grounding outlet. Probably cost them $4.00 to make you would get the same reaction from taking a wire and clipping it on your sheets and then you wouldn't loose sleep because you're not sleeping on a solid sheet of leather that your partner moves on and wakes you up constantly because it's uncomfortable. Needless to say it was returned.

I thought big is better, but lying on it is very uncomfortable, makes noise & moves around. Returned.

Great product, some wrinkles from packaging that don’t come out but satisfied with mat

I just turned 40 and have been waking up once or twice a night for the last 2 years to go pee, until I got this mat. I’ve had it for a few days and haven’t woken up once. It’s super easy to use, I can barely feel it under my sheet, and my cat won’t leave my bed. I haven’t needed coffee, energy drinks, or anti inflammatory since I got this. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve ever made!
