I find this combination of types of fiber very effective in promoting regularity and it is gentler on the stomach than Metamucil.

Are these caps larger? The large ones get caught in my throat.

These caps are small and easily swallowed. I have trouble with large ones too. They're working out very well for me. I hope they work well for you too.
