Looks good
The stainless steel is beautiful and I like the drainage tray it sits on.

Just OK
It looks good and works fine, but would have been better if it was deeper.

No more soaked towels or wet counters, I hope 🙏
Anxious to get this as tirdd.of soaked towels doing dishes. Local stores just had same one dimensional plastic tub types. Wanted something that didn't took like I forgot to put away the Tupperware 🤪Well packed, easy to put together, although the top and bottom sections were locked (stuck) together and took some patience (I couldn't tell if they were stuck or bound together.) Because if this, the tabs which connect the sides can become misaligned and a pain. Be mindfulAlso, the plastic drip tray was 'fake bottom' & well hidden. I saw a small corner of a wrapper sticking up, so don't discard the box quickly bc it looks like it is missing initially. Just heads up. Picture shows how it can be deceiving, and I left wrapper out to show the distinction. Not critical of the item by any means, as I do very much like it and am glad I bought itJust sharing unpacking and assembly details with y'all. Hopefully it.live up to how it looks.I'd also recommend putting something heavy on the drain tray to.flatten it from shipping mine bows from the center so this is what I am doing for a day.See any of my images I unaided to reference my comments.

Flimsy and Cheaply Made But Gets the Job Done
The base that appears white is a cheap looking clear plastic. Its quite small and does not hold larger dinner plates. It doesn't look like it would adequately hold pots either, perhaps if you only had one on it. If you are a full grown adult that cooks regularly and/or eats homemade meals regularly, and have real dinnerware and not plastic bowls, etc. this is not sufficient. If you are used to high quality items, you will be disappointed. If you are younger, live alone, in college, or something of that sort this may be sufficient for the job its supposed to do.

Drying rack
Works great. I can get alot of stuff on the rack & I like the hooks for mugs. It's pretty stable too. There is no drainage but a towel underneath works well. I'm impressed there is not rust and the height is perfect and fits my counter. I recommend this item.

Changed my habits entirely!
I have always hated washing dishes by hand. I still do, actually. But, I hated it to the point where I wouldn't even do my dishes for weeks and they would pile in the sink ad nauseam. But, now, while I still hate washing dishes, that never happens anymore. And that's entirely because of this drying rack! One of the reasons I hated dish washing so much was dealing with my normal, flat drying rack and the struggle of trying to fit all dishes onto it. After I got this rack last year, it literally changed my whole outlook on dish washing. Never once have I had a hard time fitting dishes onto this rack. It always seems to have enough room. Plus, it is remarkably stable for being so light. My only point of criticism would be that the plastic tray that goes beneath it is a little thin and would be better if it was slightly angled, so the water would roll toward the sink. But, I solved that problem by sticking a few quarters under one end.
