Easy to pump up, great for yoga and stretching, soft to sit on, as had a injury. Loved the pink. Great for support during different exercises. Good value, and never lost its firmness so Durable. Functional.

Great gym ball. As described it is easy to inflate, although it needs a bit more pressure after the first use.

Nice fitness ball, holds pressure, bounces as expected. Although -1 star for not providing option to order without the pump.

Just starting to use it! I am 28 weeks pregnant at the moment and starting with back pain. I am right now providing this review sitting on the ball and is very helpfull.I am 5'' high (152cm) and bought the 55 cm ball, my hips and knees are at the same high what is the requested for a good use for pregnancy exercises.As they say, leave it less inflated as required and complete the final inflate the next day.

This was fantastic throughout pregnancy! And when it comes to labour, it was my best friend, I couldn’t sit still so this was great. I love the colour, and it was easy to inflate.
