The sport insole is totally un usable for my size 11 feet. This insole has a hard plastic section near the inside of the foot which actually digs into my feet causing pain whilst wearing my shoes. When asked for a part refund or to return/swap these items I was told that this was not possible. The work insole is great for my work boots but I would recommend buying separately. Overall pretty disappointed

Work quite well and support my arches in a reasonable way. Some lateral movement but not much - better than other insole replacements I have previously used. Fairly expensive..
