This is the third bottle I have purchased....It is my favorite seasoning to put on steamer bags of vegetables...Although lemon is not listed on the ingredients label there does seem to be a hint of lemon which I really like....Once I had trouble with the seasoning clumping....it wasn't moldy just sticking together, perhaps it was not sufficiently dried when packaged...maybe the manufacturer could put desiccant packets in the container to prevent clumping.

Loving the small shaker bottle from the grocery store, I ordered this larger container; when the store could not keep it in stock. This big shaker bottle has the same great flavor but with a more coarse grind. It does not pass through the smaller holes in the smaller bottle; as refill; but this bottle sure gets the seasoning on my food. I use it on vegi dishes, salads, dips, and just about anything at least once. Stir the seasoning into anything from sour cream to yogurt, let it chill to soak in, and mix well before serving as part of a crudites plattter.

You can put this on any type of meat vegetable especially corn

I used this to season my sautéed vegetables: mushroom, squash, zucchini, onion with olive oil salt and pepper. Yummy.
